What I Ate This Week


 Morning Green Juice:
celery, cucumber, lemon, apple and ginger


Salad for Lunch;
greens, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, mango, and black beans
with a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt


 Afternoon Juice:
celery, cucumber, lemon, carrot, beetroot and ginger


Warm Spicy Breakfast:
 oats, almond milk, honey, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, 
walnuts, cinnamon, ginger powder and turmeric
